Quick Ostkaka

Ingredients

2 eggs beaten

3/4 cups sugar

2 tablespoons rounded flour

1 1/2 cups half and half

6 ozs cottage cheese large or small curd

1 teaspoon almond extract

Swedish Cream Cake

Directions

Mix all together and turn into greased casserole (about 8" square) Bake at 350 for about 1 1/2 hours -- or until knife inserted in center comes clean.

Serve with lingonberry preserves.
